1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We always aim to provide the highest standard of cleaning.
If you are not fully satisfied with any part of the service, please contact us within 24 hours.
We will return to re-clean the area free of charge.
2. Refunds
Because our services are time- and labour-based, we do not offer full refunds once a cleaning has been completed.
However, in cases where the issue cannot be resolved with a re-clean, partial refunds may be considered at management’s discretion.
3. Cancellations
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment will not be charged.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking may be subject to a £20 cancellation fee.
4. No-Show Policy
If our team arrives at the property and cannot gain access, a £20 call-out fee will apply.
