Booking & Appointments

    •    All appointments must be confirmed in advance.

    •    If you need to change or cancel a booking, please let us know at least 24 hours before the appointment. 

 

2. Access to the Property

    •    The customer must ensure we have safe access to the property at the agreed time.

    •    If we cannot access the property, a cancellation fee may apply.

 

3. Payments

    •    Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer on the day of the service.

    •    Full payment is required upon completion of the job unless agreed otherwise.

 

4. Pricing

    •    All prices are confirmed before the service begins.

    •    Any additional tasks requested on the day may change the final price.

 

5. Cleaning Standards

    •    We aim to provide a high-quality clean every time.

    •    If you are not satisfied, please let us know within 24 hours so we can return and fix any issues (free of charge).

 

6. Health & Safety

    •    We cannot move heavy furniture or items that may cause injury or damage.

    •    We do not handle hazardous materials.

 

7. Customer Responsibilities

    •    Please remove sensitive, personal, or valuable items before the clean.

    •    We are not responsible for items left in unsafe conditions or already damaged.

 

8. Damage or Breakages

    •    Any accidental damage caused by our cleaners will be reported immediately.

    •    We are insured and will handle claims fairly when we are at fault.

 

9. Photos

    •    With your permission, we may take before/after photos for quality checks or portfolio purposes (never showing personal items or identity).

 

10. Privacy

    •    All customer information is kept private and will never be shared.
